We Plan It Together

Planning calls where we walk through your entire event - timeline, ceremony music, special dances, grand entrance, must-plays, do-not-plays - so nothing is left to chance on the day.

Show Up and Enjoy Your Night

We arrive early, handle setup, run the room from ceremony through last dance, and pack out after you leave. You won't have to coordinate a thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle the ceremony too?

Yes - every PartyBox wedding package includes ceremony audio setup, processional and recessional music, and a wireless microphone for your officiant. We arrive early and have everything running before your first guest walks in.

How far out do you book?

Most couples book 12–18 months in advance. Spring and fall Saturdays fill first. We recommend checking availability as soon as you have your venue date confirmed - we confirm within 24 hours whether your date is open.

Do you travel outside Oklahoma City?

Yes. We regularly serve Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Moore, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, and Nichols Hills. We also travel statewide to Stillwater and Tulsa. Contact us about events outside the OKC metro.

What does a typical package include?

A standard PartyBox wedding package includes MC direction, ceremony audio and microphone, cocktail hour music, reception DJ and music curation, custom uplighting in your choice of colors, and full timeline coordination. Photo booth, cold sparks, dry ice, CO₂ jets, and gobo monogram lighting are available as add-ons.

Can we give you a song list?

Absolutely - we encourage it. During your planning call we walk through must-plays, do-not-plays, special dance songs, and the overall vibe you want. You're in control of the music; we're in control of reading the room and knowing when to use it.
